It is often that demobees cannot find themselves during the peacetime. One of such guys cannot find his place in postwar America. He is changing job one after another, until he meets creator of the new religious cult, writer and philosopher. It is surprise for all, that Master becomes very close to ex-warrior, and makes him one of the closest friends. Simultaneously with growing quantity of followers, ex-soldier little by little starts to question about object of his beliefs, and who is his master in reality.
